Toronto-based Evraz Canada has pleaded guilty to one charge under Occupational Health and Safety regulations, after a worker was injured at the Regina plant in 2016, while 2 other charges were dropped.

   The worker’s foot was injured when it struck a piece of waste metal while the employee was riding on a rail car.

   In Regina Court Monday, the company was fined a total of 126 thousand dollars
