The Carolina Hurricanes have announced they’ve re-signed defenceman Haydn Fleury to a one year deal worth $850,000.

The 23 year old Carlyle SK product had 1 assist in 20 games with the Hurricanes this past season while chipping in with 10 points in 28 games with the AHL’s Charlotte Checkers.
