A man accused of taking the lead role in a violent home invasion in Yorkton has appeared in court again.
34-year-old Louie Pelletier was in Yorkton today (WED), for a Preliminary Inquiry, but instead, he remains in custody, with a trial date set for October 24th and 25th.
On February 7th, a man allegedly kicked in a door on Ashwood Place and was brandishing a knife.
The same suspect stole jewelry from a number of people inside.
While in court today, Pelletier also pled guilty to an unrelated Theft charge from February 11th and was sentenced to 144 days time served.
