A new court date has been set for a Yorkton woman, charged in connection with the death of a Yorkton man last summer.
The remains of 25-year-old Colin Focht were found in a rural area outside Yorkton April 4th.
19-year-old Taiya Hudy is charged with Second Degree Murder and will return to Yorkton Provincial Court on September 17th.
The three other people arrested for the same alleged incident, also have court appearances scheduled for September.
