The President and C-E-O of AGT Foods says the Asia Pacific Region should be looked upon in the Agriculture Industry as a niche market on a large scale. Murad Al-Katib says the large populations in countries like China and India makes supplying products for specialty items in those countries lucrative. He told the Pacific Northwest Economic Region Summit in Saskatoon there are extraordinary opportunities in traditional and engineered proteins.
