A new court date has been set for a Yorkton man, accused of committing an attempted armed robbery.
On the evening of December 7th, Mounties were called to the Loaf N’ Jug on Parkview Road, after a female employee was pepper sprayed.
The suspect demanded cigarettes, but didn’t get any, and fled on foot.
The matter for 20-year-old Austin Ross was heard in Yorkton Provincial Court today (Mon), where it was adjourned to September 4th.
