One of five people arrested after a report of shots fired on the Keeseekoose First Nation, has been found guilty of Uttering Threats, Theft, and Breach of Probation.
In Yorkton Provincial Court today (Fri), 26-year-old Cole Cadotte was sentenced to the time he’s already served in custody, and one year of probation.
Kamsack RCMP were called in the early morning hours of January 26th, on a report of people yelling outside a home, which eventually led to shots being fired.
The suspects fled the scene, but a short time later, Mounties conducted a high-risk take down, and seized several firearms and spent shotgun casings.
