Manitoba Agriculture reports harvest is running behind last year’s pace.
Crop specialist Dane Froese says rain has limited harvest progress in the southwestern and northwestern regions.
Across Manitoba, the spring wheat harvest is 45% complete, down from 70% at this time last year.
Only 12% of canola has been harvested, and that’s down from 45% last year.
