The new ice chilling system at the Horizon Credit Union Centre in Melville has been installed. Community Works Manager Chris Bruce says there is a few things left to do before it’s fully operational, which he says will happen before the Melville Millionaires play their SJHL home opener. The original system, which was only 8-years-old, broke down twice this past season.
