The Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan has identified five key farm issues for this fall’s federal election campaign. President Todd Lewis wants improved farm support programs and protection from trade injury, and says railway infrastructure should be boosted. He adds other important farm election issues include climate change and rural infrastructure like internet access and cell phone coverage.
