Piapot First Nation Woman Returns to Court on Charges Stemming from Fatal Collision

A Piapot First Nation woman has appeared in court on charges stemming from a fatal vehicle/pedestrian collision in August.
43-year-old Leah Pratt will be back in Regina Provincial Court on November 4th, charged with Dangerous Driving Causing Death and Criminal Negligence Causing Death.
Southey RCMP were called to the scene on August 24th, where a woman present confirmed she had struck the victim with her vehicle, on a driveway at a home on the reserve.
33-year-old Nolan Sugar was pronounced dead at a Regina hospital.
