Tommy Cardinal scored with just 39 seconds left in overtime to lead the Swan Valley Stampeders to a 2-1 victory over the Selkirk Steelers on Sunday night

Carter Cockburn also scored for the Stampeders who got 30 save performance from Mikael Foucher in the win.

The Stampeders will return to action on Wednesday night when they entertain the OCN Blizzard at the Centennial Arena.
