3 people face several charges including possession for the purpose to sell unstamped tobacco products and raw leaf tobacco from a business in Pelly. RCMP and the Saskatchewan ministry of finance wrapped up a 4 month long investigation January 2nd which ended with search warrants at homes in Pelly and Hyas. Officials seized 227,000 illegal cigarettes, 25 lbs of loose-leaf tobacco and approximately $1800.00 in Canadian currency. 71 year old Brian Clough, 25 year old Brittany Clough and 25 year old Andrew Popoff will all appear in Kamsack court February 11th.
