The Mayor of Yorkton hopes to cultivate further relationships between the city and nearby First Nations communities.

Bob Maloney says they’ve already had lucrative dealings with a number of band councils.

Maloney notes he attended the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations Assembly in Yorkton this week, to meet with local leaders.
