The Manitoba government has declared a State of Emergency over the COVID-19 virus. In making the announcement, premier Brian Pallister says the declaration is valid for the next 30 days, and will be reviewed prior to the expiration to see if it needs to be extended. The Saskatchewan government declared a State of Emergency Wednesday.
