A Fishing Lake First Nation Man Faces Numerous Charges From The Discharging Of A Firearm On The Reserve

A Fishing Lake First Nation man has been charged after allegedly shooting at a home on the reserve.
On Saturday, Wadena RCMP located the suspected male behind a vehicle on a nearby road.
A search of the vehicle turned up a firearm, ammunitions and a small quantity of illegal opioids.
22 year old Lane Nataucappo is charged with numerous offences including carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and possession of a controlled substance.
His next court appearance will be in Wynyard tomorrow (Mar 26th).
