It appears Canada has struck a deal with 3M to obtain face masks.
In a statement, 3M says a deal has been reached to protect the distribution of respirators to Canada.
The company said they will begin importing 166.5 million respirators from its manufacturing facility in China over the next 3 months.
Last week, U.S. President Donald Trump invoked the Defence Production Act to order 3M to stop exporting N95 masks to Canada.
