*One new case in Saskatchewan Tuesday, totalling 301. 187 people have recovered, 4 have died.
*Saskatchewan NDP call on the government to ensure long-term care staff work in only 1 facility.
*Zero new cases in Manitoba, leaving the total at 246. 99 have recovered. The Prairie Mountain Health region still has 11 cases.
*As of Tuesday, there were 26,631 COVID-19 cases in Canada, and 823 deaths. More than 450 thousand people have been tested for the virus, with 6% positive.
*The Ontario government extended its state of emergency for another four weeks.
*New Zealand’s Prime Minister and other ministers are taking a 20% pay cut lasting 6 months to show solidarity with those affected by the coronavirus outbreak.
*Three European countries have taken the first steps to partially open their economies after weeks under lockdown, including Italy, which was hit hard by the pandemic.
