Three people arrested in connection with illegal tobacco sales at a business in Pelly, have had another court appearance.
71-year-old Brian Clough, 25-year-old Brittany Clough, and 25-year-old Andrew Popoff, had their matters heard in Yorkton today (Tue), where they were adjourned until June 23rd.
RCMP and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Finance wrapped up a four month investigation January 2nd, which ended with six search warrants in Pelly and Hyas.
Officials seized about 227-thousand illegal cigarettes, 25 pounds of loose-leaf tobacco, and about 18-hundred dollars in Canadian currency.
