This summer my boys and I have looked after my wife’s grandma’s lawn. I’m very pleased to see how they have cared so much about it. They learnt that if you fertilize you need to water and then you need to cut it much sooner. Yesterday we had to cut it again, not because it’s growing but because of the leaves, they just don’t stop. She lives in a part of the city that has a lot of very mature trees. I’m sure we will have a few more cuts ahead of us yet this fall.
