The Saskatchewan NDP has urged the provincial government to push Ottawa into sending the Canadian military to support the province’s long-term care homes. Seniors Critic Matt Love says the province has failed workers in long-term care who are overwhelmed by climbing COVID-19 numbers. He’s also calling for the hiring of the 300 continuing care aides now, instead of waiting until next spring.
