A new court date has been set for a Lestock-district man charged in connection with a violent robbery in Regina.

On May 30th, a suspect pulled a man out of his vehicle to a home, and proceeded to assault him several times, and forced the victim to inhale and ingest unknown substances.

The victim was then forced to transfer money to his assailant.

30-year-old Daniel Scott faces charges including Robbery and Forcible Confinement, and he remains in custody, to appear in Regina Provincial Court on Friday (22nd).
