Court Appearance Made For Whitewood Business Owner Facing Drug-Related Charges from 2016

A Whitewood business owner facing drug-related charges, has had another court appearance.

The matters for 49-year-old Jerry Martin were heard in Regina last Friday (5th), and were adjourned until April 26th.

In November of 2016, Mounties raided a home and a business in Whitewood, and they seized cash, marijuana, hash oil, cell phones, computers, and three vehicles.

Martin faces numerous charges relating to the operation of what police call an unlawful marijuana dispensary.
