Manitoba RCMP Investigation Called Project DEBRIS Leads to Arrests and Seizure of Cash, Drugs, Firearms and Motorcycles

A 7-month drug trafficking investigation called Project DEBRIS resulted in a big break for authorities.

Manitoba RCMP claimed the investigation dismantled a drug trafficking network with B.C. connections, and was responsible for supplying cocaine, meth and fentanyl to the Brandon and Western Manitoba areas.

Seven search warrants were executed at various locations in Brandon and the Riverdale Municipality, leading to the seizure of 17-thousand dollars cash, a quantity of cocaine, meth and fentanyl, several motorcycles and 14 firearms.

Seven people were arrested and charged with numerous drug and firearm-related offences, and arrests warrants were issued for 5 other individuals facing similar charges.
