The Swan Valley Stampeders AGM saw the team make a profit of under 180-thousand dollars.
Most of this was possible through government funding and the generous donations from season ticket holders and corporate sponsors.
President Cramer Coulthart notes that the team can’t thank the community enough for their support, despite having the 2020/21 season cut short.
Fundraising events will continue through the summer months, which includes a weekly online 50-50 draw.
The Stamps will now shift their focus to the 2021/22 MJHL, which kicks off with the home opener on September 17th against the OCN Blizzard.
Board of Directors for the 2021/22 season will consist of Cramer Coulthart, Jarrett Mosiondz, Pat Harness, Trevor Warburton, Danielle Gordon-Broome, Brian Gilroy, Rod Pidskalny, Kim Kosokowsky, Rhonda Mills, and Jeff Riddle.
