A man convicted of Second Degree Murder in connection with a death in Gilbert Plains, has been sentenced.
In Dauphin Court of Queen’s Bench today (Fri), 41-year-old David Genaille received life in prison with no chance of parole for 13 years.
The investigation began in May of 2019, when Mounties were called to a home in Gilbert Plains on a report of a stabbing.
They found 36-year-old Clayton Rank inside, and he succumbed to his injuries on scene.
