- As of October 15th, there are 312 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total to 73,662 reported cases
- The new cases are located in the Far North West (10), Far North East (19), North West (39), North Central (20), North East (8), Saskatoon (33), Central West (2), Central East (34), Regina (59), South West (5), South Central (8) and South East (32) zones and 43 new cases have pending residence information
- 13 cases with pending residence information were reassigned to Far North West (from October 5 (1), October 13 (3)), North West (from September 11 (3), September 12 (2), September 25 (1)), North Central (from October 13 (2)), and Saskatoon (from October 11 (1)) zones

- 4,364 cases are considered active and 68,525 cases are considered recovered
- More than one-quarter (27.6%) of new cases are in the age category of 40 to 59
- Almost one-quarter (23.1%) of new cases eligible for vaccination (aged 12 years and older) were fully vaccinated
- As of October 15th, a total of 339 individuals are hospitalized, including 261 inpatient hospitalizations and 78 ICU hospitalizations. Of the 339 patients, 256 (75.5%) were not fully vaccinated.
- Four (4) new deaths reported today. 773 Saskatchewan residents with COVID-19 have died, with a case fatality rate of 1.0%.
- 1,186,010 COVID-19 tests have been performed in the province. As of October 13th, 2021, when other provincial and national numbers are available from PHAC, Saskatchewan’s per capita rate was 999,874 tests performed per million. The national rate of 1,176,830 tests performed per million population.
