- Fifteen (15) cases with pending residence information were assigned to Far North West (from October 1 (1), October 5 (1), October 25 (2)), Far North East (from October 25 (1)), North West (from October 1 (2), October 12 (1)), Central East (from October 21 (2)), Regina (from October 21 (3), October 23 (1)), and South East (from October 25 (1)) zones

- 5,397 cases are from the Central area (1,383 Central West, 4,014 Central East)
- 627 cases have pending residence information
- 2,440 cases are considered active and 73,558 cases are considered recovered
- Over one quarter (27.8%) of new cases are in the age category of 11 or under
- Almost one-third (31.1%) of new cases eligible for vaccination (aged 12 years and older) were fully vaccinated
- As of October 27th, a total of 271 individuals are hospitalized, including 214 inpatient hospitalizations and 57 ICU hospitalizations. Of the 271 patients, 194 (71.6%) were not fully vaccinated. Four (4) additional cases were transferred to Ontario, for a total of sixteen (16) SK cases who have been transferred out-of-province to date. As these patients are receiving care out of province, this number is not included in the hospitalization counts in dashboard.
- Five (5) new deaths reported today. 832 Saskatchewan residents with COVID-19 have died, with a case fatality rate of 1.1%.
- 1,216,852 COVID-19 tests have been performed in the province. As of October 25, 2021, when other provincial and national numbers are available from PHAC, Saskatchewan’s per capita rate was 1,026,000 tests performed per million. The national rate was 1,205,608 tests performed per million.
- The 7-day average of new COVID-19 case numbers was 235 (19.5 new cases per 100,000).
