Manitoba MLA’s head back to the legislature for the opening of the spring session today. Premier Heather Stefanson says this year’s budget will likely be issued in April and will contain more help for people and businesses affected by COVID-19. And with many taking part in proceedings via video conferencing during the pandemic, Stefanson says the option will still be available for any member who is ill.
