Ice Fishing Deadlines Draw Near

The Saskatchewan government says with ice fishing season winding down, anglers should plan on removing their shelters. South of highway 16, the deadline is March 15th, and it’s the 31st north of the Yellowhead. In addition to removing shelters, anglers are reminded to clean up all litter and leftover debris. Shelters not removed may result in the owner’s prosecution, with the structure and its contents confiscated.
