A large jump in hospitalizations due to COVID-19 was reported in Manitoba.

436 people are in hospital, a jump of 30, while ICU admissions increased by two to 23.

210 new cases of the virus were identified with 76 in Winnipeg, 48 in the North, 37 in Prairie Mountain Health, 25 in Interlake-Eastern, and 25 in the South.

7,903 cases are active in the province with 1,264 in the Prairie Mountain Health region, and there were an additional three deaths.
