The Pas RCMP charged a Moose Lake man after a report of threats led to the seizure of a loaded shotgun and ammunition.
Early Wednesday morning (Mar. 16), The Pas RCMP located several individuals walking on Trager Drive in The Pas, and after a brief chase, the individuals were arrested.
The firearm was located after a search of the area, and RCMP allege one of the individuals, a 24-year-old male, who was wanted on several warrants, was found in possession of ammo.
Wyatt Campbell, of Moose Lake, who was remanded into custody, is charged with resisting arrest, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, careless use of a firearm, weapons possession contrary to order, and 7 counts of failure to comply.
The other individuals were released without charges, and the investigation is ongoing.
