The Pas RCMP are looking for a suspect in an aggravated assault investigation.

On Wednesday morning (Mar. 30), RCMP received a report of a 40-year-old Opaskwayak Cree Nation (OCN) man who had been shot on Hone Street in The Pas, suffering serious, but non life-threatening injuries.

30-year-old Shane Knutson, of OCN, is described as 6-feet tall, 220 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and sometimes wears glasses.

Mounties consider Knutson dangerous, possibly armed and should not be approached, adding he could still be in the area.
