A 28-year-old Ituna man has made another court appearance, on charges stemming from a February 25th robbery at a Regina business, and a vehicle theft the same day. Police say a male suspect passed a note to the clerk, saying that he had a gun, and wanted cash, but he fled the scene before obtaining any money. They were then told of a stolen vehicle, later found in Lumsden. An arrest was made, and police say two incidents are linked. 26-year-old Timothy Jones was charged with Robbery and other offences, and in Regina court was released from custody, with his next appearance set for April 19th.
