Southeastern Saskatchewan and southern Manitoba will see large snowfall amounts over the next few days, starting tonight (Tues).
Precision Weather Meteorologist Phil Spevak says those regions could get anywhere from 30-50cm of snow, with some spots getting more.
However, he says the true measure of snowfall will be hard to determine due to gusty winds.
Spevak says the Yorkton area could get a total of 30cm of snow by the time the storm passes on Friday.
A blizzard warning is in effect for Minnedosa, Shoal Lake, Moosomin, Whitewood, and Rocanville; a winter storm warning is up for Dauphin, Russell, Roblin and Winnipegosis.
