A worksite accident that left one person dead near Lipton in March 2020 has resulted in a guilty plea under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, after a worker was found dead under a tractor. Blair’s Crop Solutions Inc. entered the plea February 3rd, and 2 other charges were stayed. Earlier this month, the company was fined $175 thousand dollars.
