Federated Co-operatives Limited has chosen its new CEO.

Effective May 9, 2022 Heather Ryan will take over as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer and is the first woman to serve as CEO in the company’s history.

This past January, Scott Banda announced his retirement after 20 years at FCL, twelve of which he spent as Chief Executive Officer.

Ryan has been with FCL since 2013, and was most recently Vice-President of the Supply Chain.
