A stolen vehicle incident took police to the Watrous area. On June 25th, Saskatoon Police Service observed a vehicle driving erratically in the city, before it left the Bridge City heading east on Highway 16. Eventually officers converged upon the vehicle in the Watrous area, where a spike belt was deployed and the driver was arrested near the town of Young. A 32-year-old Saskatoon man faces several charges including Dangerous Driving and Possession of Stolen Property over 5-thousand Dollars, and he was remanded in custody.
