Another court appearance for a man charged with the alleged abduction of his seven-year-old daughter.
Last month, 52-year-old Michael Gordon Jackson, of the Carievale district, was committed to stand trial by judge and jury in Regina Court of Queen’s Bench.
He made his first appearance there on Friday (22nd), and remains in custody, to appear again on August 19th.
Saskatchewan RCMP issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Jackson on January 21st, after he was charged with Abduction in Contravention of Custody or Parenting Order, and police located him and his daughter in Vernon B.C., on February 24th.
