A Pasqua First Nation man facing a Sexual Assault charge has made another court appearance.

30-year-old Colten Obey appeared in Regina Court of King’s Bench on Friday, and the matter was adjourned for trial to March of 2023.

On June 2nd, in Fort Qu’Appelle, Obey pled guilty to Assault with a Weapon and a Breach charge, with another weapon charge withdrawn, and he was handed a six-month conditional sentence.

He faced five charges in all, in connection with a number of incidents between August and December of 2021.
