The Swan Valley Stampeders have been returned Swan River product and forward Steven Arp back from the WHL’s Winnipeg ICE.

After he was picked up in a deal from the Medicine Hat Tigers, Arp scored twice and had one assist in four games with Winnipeg.

Over 54 WHL games including last season, Arp scored five times and added seven assists
