A Dauphin man arrested in connection with an assault and shots fired in that city, has appeared in court there again yesterday. 27-year-old Peter Flatfoot was remanded in custody to next Tuesday. On September 23rd, Dauphin RCMP say two people were confronted outside a business by two women, and a woman was struck in the head with a hard object, while a man was cut. The victims got into their vehicle and began to leave, when a man shot at the victim’s vehicle, striking the passenger side, but didn’t injure anyone.
A new court date has been set for a Dauphin man, accused of committing an arson in the city. On October 25th, Dauphin Mounties were called to a report of a break and enter to the Parkview Lodge. A small fire was discovered, and the residents of the lodge had to be evacuated. 21-year-old Alexander Koski was in Dauphin Court yesterday, where he was remanded in custody to January 10th.
Another court appearance has been made by a Saskatoon man, arrested on weapon charges in Dauphin. 21-year-old Collin Pruden will return to Dauphin Court next Tuesday. On August 16th, Mounties observed three men on bicycles who appeared to be in the process of conducting a drug deal. Pruden was arrested, and a search of his backpack resulted in the seizure of a sawed-off shotgun, a handgun, bear spray, and break-in instruments.
