A man wanted in connection with an armed robbery on the Muscowpetung First Nation was back in court yesterday (THURS).
In March of 2019, Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP responded to an armed robbery at a business on the reserve, and 31-year-old Jarrett Poitras was arrested on several charges, including Robbery with a Firearm.
Poitras failed to appear in Regina Court of King’s Bench in June of 2021, and an arrest warrant was issued.
Poitras has been committed for trial in Regina King’s Bench, and he remains in custody, to make his first appearance there next Friday (Mar. 24).
