Guilty plea on theft charge by man wanted in Yorkton

A guilty plea has been entered by a man who had been unlawfully at large, and was arrested earlier this year in Saskatoon.

On January 27th, Yorkton RCMP requested the public’s assistance in locating 42-year-old Ryan Mulligan, who was last seen on Broadway Street West, and he was taken into custody on February 3rd, by Saskatoon Police.

Mulligan made another appearance in Saskatoon Provincial Court Tuesday (Mar. 28), where he admitted to a charge of Theft Under Five-Thousand Dollars.

He was given an additional 30 days behind bars.
