Punnichy RCMP are investigating a break, enter and assault.

Last night, three men with weapons, including a firearm, broke into a home on the Kawacatoose First Nation and assaulted a male inside the home.

The 36-year-old male was taken to hospital with serious injuries, while the suspects fled in a grey vehicle.
