An update regarding the case of one of three people charged following a November 2021 drug and firearm bust in Kisbey.

Carlyle RCMP carried out a search warrant at a Kisbey residence on November 23, 2021, when they found a stolen firearm, 52 grams of cocaine and an undisclosed amount of cash.

22-year-old Demetrius Standingready was in Carlyle Court last Wednesday (Apr. 5), and was committed to stand trial in Estevan Court of King’s Bench, where he’ll make his first appearance on April 25th.
