New court date for man charged in three assaults on the Sapotaweyak Cree Nation

A new court date has been set for one of three men arrested in connection with three assaults on the Sapotaweyak Cree Nation.

On February 10th, Swan River RCMP received a report that three people had been assaulted.

Three men were later arrested at another home on the reserve.

22-year-old Chandler Cook was in Dauphin Court Tuesday, where he was remanded in custody to next Tuesday, while 27-year-old Scott Cook was in Swan River Court yesterday (WED), where his matters were stayed by the Crown Prosecutor.
