Yorkton Man Charged With Making Threat Against High School Returns To Court

One of two men accused of making an online threat against the Yorkton Regional High School, has appeared in court again.

24-year-old Austin Ross of Yorkton, was in Yorkton Tuesday, on charges of Uttering Threats and Public Mischief, and he had his matters adjourned to June 5th.

His co-accused, 21-year-old Cole Swain of Margo, returns to court May 29th.

On March 14th, there was a report of a threat to the Yorkton Regional High School, but police determined there was no danger posed to the students or staff.
