Millionaires hire Wudrick as their new Asst. Coach

The Melville Millionaires have hired Geordie Wudrick (pictured) as their new assistant coach.

The B.C. native played minor hockey around the Vancouver area, before playing one year of U18 ‘AAA’ with the Notre Dame Hounds.

He spent five seasons in the WHL – four-and-a-half with the Swift Current Broncos, before finishing his fifth season with the Kelowna Rockets, and playing with Team Canada at the 2007 U18 Ivan Hlinka tournament.

Wudrick, who was drafted by the L.A. Kings in 2008, also played university hockey at New Brunswick and UBC, followed by several years of pro hockey in the ECHL, SPHL, Europe and Australia.
