A sod turning ceremony was held today (Fri) for the new interpretive station at Yorkton’s historic flour mill. 

The Yorkton mill is the last remaining brick flour mill in Saskatchewan.

Work on the interpretive station is scheduled to begin this fall.

The fundraising committee still needs to raise another 300-thousand dollars to complete the project.
